Freshness Guarantee
Effective from 13 July 2026
1. When we review a claim
Because flowers are perishable, freshness claims must be raised within 24 hours of delivery. Include photographs of the stems, wrapping, and any visible damage.
We may approve a replacement, partial credit, or full refund when:
- The wrong bouquet or stem variety was delivered.
- Blooms arrived crushed, wilted beyond normal transit stress, or with broken stems attributable to packing.
- The shipment was lost or returned undelivered through no fault of the recipient.
2. Situations outside guarantee scope
- Natural petal drop or colour fading after the stated 24-hour window.
- Orders left at a safe-drop location at the customer's request.
- Incorrect address or unavailable recipient causing delayed receipt.
3. Refund timing
Approved prepaid refunds return to the original payment method within seven to ten business days. COD refunds are processed via bank transfer after verification.
