APPILY SIXTEEN BLOOM CART PRIVATE LIMITED (GSTIN: 29AABCF1616F1Z6) trades under the brand Appily Sixteen from Stall 16, Bloom Cart Arcade, Flower Market Lane, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001. All invoices, delivery notes, and support correspondence reference this legal entity.

3. What we sell

Our catalogue lists cut flowers, stems, posies, and arranged bouquets across seven bloom aisles. Product photography depicts typical stem colour and form; natural variation in petal shade, stem length, and bloom stage may occur between harvest lots.

• Prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (₹) and apply to the stem count or bouquet size stated on each product page.
• Seasonal availability may limit certain varieties without prior notice.
• Care instructions included with your order are advisory — vase life depends on water quality, temperature, and trimming habits at home.

4. Account requirements

Checkout requires an email-verified profile. Purchasers must be at least eighteen years of age, or have a parent or guardian complete the transaction on their behalf.

5. Payment and order confirmation

• An order is confirmed once prepaid payment clears or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
• Accepted settlement methods include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and COD on supported pincodes.
• Any courier surcharge for COD orders is displayed before you confirm.

6. Governing law

This charter is governed by the laws of India. Disputes arising from flower orders shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
